How does the voxel design service work?
- First, please fill in the service request form online. We kindly ask you to provide us with your contact information and all the design requirements along with the desired size scale and license type.
- When your request arrives to us, our team will process it, prepare a price quote and send it to you per Email within 3 working days.
- Once you accept the offer and get into an agreement, our team will start working on your project.
- During the design and modeling process, we will send you the status and interim images of the work in progress to get your feedback.
- Upon the acceptance of the final product, we ask you to kindly make the final payment upon our agreement. Then, we will directly send you all the native files of the voxel models and animations via a downloadable link or any other medium you prefer.
- Additionally, we offer after-sales service for any further modifications you might need.
How much is the expected price of a voxel design service?
The voxel service price depends on several factors. Such factors include the project size, its purpose and application, the voxel scale size, the license type, the needed time, as well as any additional features requested. Accordingly, we kindly ask you to provide us with the adequate and detailed information about your requirements when filling in the service request form. This will help us to accurately calculate the best price for you.
How long does it take to obtain my project?
Our voxel design and modeling team will do their best to provide you with the desired design as fast as possible and within the time frame that we agree with you upon.
What are the available scale sizes for voxel services?
We offer voxel models in five different scales:
- Vox-1 Scale: similar to our Coastal City and Urban City packs
- Vox-2 Scale : similar to our Farm and Animals packs
- Vox-3 Scale : similar to our Construction, Vehicles, Road Sections, Furniture, and Christmas packs
- Sandbox Scale: compatible with the Sandbox land standard dimensions
- Any other scale size you specify. Kindly provide us with details via the description field in the service request form.
What are the available license types? and how do they differ?
We have mainly two license plans: the ‘Standard License’ and the ‘Exclusive License’. Both of them give you perpetual and worldwide rights to use the models in accordance to our Terms and Conditions.
The difference between those plans, is that:
- the ‘Standard License’ is non-exclusive, which means we can sell the models at our marketplace to other customers,
- whereas with the ‘Exclusive License’, the use rights are exclusively granted to you for three years (extendable).
- ‘Exclusive License’ is thus more expensive.
- You can extend the license after 3 years, otherwise we will be able to sell the models in our marketplace
